Stolen Item Register
Items currently flagged as stolen by their owners across the network
This register reflects items collectors have flagged as stolen within Luxury Assets Index, each linked to a real police crime reference number. It is not the same as the Police National Computer or a national stolen-goods database β always follow your normal due diligence and reporting obligations regardless of what this register shows.
How It Works
What this portal does, and what it doesn't
1
Collectors register items in their vault
Owners on Luxury Assets Index document their watches, jewellery, art, and other luxury assets β including reference numbers, photos, and purchase records.
2
You search before you buy or accept an item
Enter a reference number, serial, or description. If it matches a verified item, you'll see its status β including whether it's been reported stolen, with a real police crime reference number.
3
Estimated value, when available
For verified items, you'll see the owner's recorded value β useful as a sanity check, not a formal valuation or appraisal.
4
This does not replace your legal obligations
A "clear" result means the item isn't currently flagged in this database β it does not confirm legal ownership, and an item not appearing here is not proof it's stolen-free. Continue to follow normal AML/KYC, Proceeds of Crime Act, and local pawnbroking regulations.
